How to Archive an Agreement

Archiving allows you to move a lease from the current lease portfolio to an inactive lease portfolio

Overview:

  • Navigate to the Settings tab of the lease you wish to archive.

  • Click the "Archive Agreement" button to complete the process.

Alternatively, you can follow the steps below.

Step 1 - Navigate to the applicable lease

Step 2 - Click Settings tab located on the far right

Step 3 - Click Archive Agreement

When an agreement is archived:

  • It will not show up in any reports

  • It cannot be unarchived

  • To refer to the archived agreements, refer to the Agreements tab, click open Agreement Filters and check "Include archived agreements" and then click "Change Columns" and select "Archived Leases":

When an agreement is archived, you can still access the inputted details, including attachments:


FAQs:

What is the difference between deleting and archiving an agreement? If you archive an agreement, all the lease data will remain available in Cradle, allowing you to access it at any time. However, if you delete an agreement, it will be permanently removed from your lease portfolio and cannot be recovered.
