Step 1: Click the icon at the bottom right corner of the screen to open the Resource Center.

Why does the Resource Center icon disappear when I click on it?
This issue is often caused by a browser extension, such as an ad blocker or pop-up blocker, preventing the Resource Center from opening. Please check your browser settings or disable the blocker temporarily to allow the Resource Center to load properly.
