Fill in the fields the same way you would if you were entering the security deposit manually into Cradle.

Step 1: Click "Bulk Upload" on the sidebar (Arrow 1), then click the "Templates" link (Arrow 2).
Step 2: Download "additional_payments_template.xlsx" and open the file in Excel
Step 3: Click on "Deposit" tab. Populate the fields. Make sure the Agreement ID, Date to Pay, Return Date, and Payment Amount are all filled in.
Where to find Agreement ID?
You can find the Agreement ID in the Agreements View. It appears as a column in the table—make sure the column is visible by customizing your view if needed. For more about how to customize your Agreements View, see this article
Or alternatively, you can find the agreement ID within the agreement as well
Step 4: Once you’ve finished populating the template, return to the Bulk Upload page and click “+ Bulk Upload” to begin the import process.
Step 5: Upload the completed Excel bulk upload file.
Make sure to select "Additional Payments" as the Upload Type, and choose a scenario in case the file validation fails
Then click "Upload & Process" to begin the upload.
