The steps to change your email address are the following:

1. Log into Cradle and select "Account":

2. Update the Email* field to reflect the new email address and click "Update". Once done, you will see the following, and an email will be sent to the new address.

3. Verify your email. After 1 - 2 minutes, you will then receive an email to the new email address:

If you have not received the email it's either because:

a) The email is in your spam folder or;

b) You have input the incorrect email

4. Once confirmed, that will be the email address used to log in to Cradle.

5. Log back into Cradle using your updated email address 🙂
