Reminders is a feature in Cradle that allows you to set up email notifications for upcoming events, ensuring you never miss important dates.
How To Set Up A Reminder

Alternatively, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: click Reminders on the sidebar
Step 2: Then click + New Reminder (top right of the screen) and a model window will open
You can either set an email reminder for specific agreements or Company/Asset Classes. Points to note:
If you have a specific agreement that you want to be notified regarding a payment, you would then select Agreements(s)
If you would like to set company-wide reminders, e.g., be notified of all renewals, you would select Companies/Asset Classes.
Step 3: select the event you want the email reminder for
In the above example, the user will receive an email for all Renewal Reviews four weeks before the event.
Hint: You can also add multiple reminders for the same event:

Each user must set up their own reminders
You cannot see another user's reminders
