The easiest way to pay your Cradle subscription is via credit card. Once automatic billing is set up, the invoices are automatically generated/paid within the system. The receipt is then emailed to your billing email.
Here are the steps to set this up.
1. Go to Settings.
2. Under Payment Methods click Add Credit Card and follow the prompts.
3. Under Payment Details add your billing information. Note, this is the email your invoices will be sent to.
Once automatic billing is set up, the invoices are automatically generated/paid within the system, and the receipt is emailed to your Billing Email. You can also access your recurring invoices under Billing History.
Please note:
You can only add one email address to receive the applicable invoices.
If you're billing details are overdue and have not been set up you will get locked out of your account.
