Our archiving feature allows you to keep maintain a current lease portfolio while retaining access to the historical data of leases
To archive a lease in Cradle, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the applicable lease:
2. Click Settings tab located on the far right
3. Click Archive Agreement
When an agreement is archived:
It will not show up in any reports
It cannot be unarchived
To refer to the archived agreements, refer to the Agreements tab and check "Include archived agreements" and then click "Change Columns" and select "Archived Leases":
When an agreement is archived, you can still access the inputted details, including attachments:
