Overview:
In Cradle, you can generate the following financial reports:
Balance Sheet
Income Statement
Cash Flow Statement
Disclosure Report
Cradle allows you to generate reports for any period. Additionally, all financial reports can be exported to Excel.
Note: In addition to the financial statement reports, you can run a Journal Report, this is to allow you to import your accounts balances into your ERP. For more information on the journal report, refer here.
How to Run Cradle’s Financial Reports
Cradle’s Financial Reports can be run at three levels:
Consolidated level (accessible from Consolidated Reports)
Company level (accessible from the company view)
Agreement level (accessible from the agreement view)
The consolidated reports are the most flexible as they allow you to run the reports for any combination of companies/agreements/asset classes across your organization.

Alternatively, you can read the step-by-step guide below. Here are the steps:
Step 1: Go to Consolidated Reports
Step 2: Select the financial report you need. For example, the Balance Sheet
Step 3: For the balance sheet, choose a specific date to run the balance sheet. For the remaining financial reports, please select a date range or a pre-selected range
Step 4: Make sure the report currency, standard, and role are correctly selected, as well as the agreement filters
Step 5: You can click Run Report to view the report or you can click Export Excel to generate the financial report into an Excel file

Step 2: Click Report
Step 3: Follow the step 3 to step 5 as the consolidated report level
Step 1: Click Agreement then Select the agreement that you need to run the report for
Step 2: Click Report
