Overview:

  • Fill in the fields the same way you would if you were entering the non-lease payments manually into Cradle.

Step 1: Click "Bulk Upload" on the sidebar (Arrow 1), then click the "Templates" link (Arrow 2).

Step 2: Download "additional_payments_template.xlsx" and open the file in Excel

Step 3: Enter the Agreement ID, Account, and all other required fields, just as you would when entering non-lease payments manually in Cradle.

Where to find Agreement ID?

You can find the Agreement ID in the Agreements View. It appears as a column in the table—make sure the column is visible by customizing your view if needed. For more about how to customize your Agreements View, see this article

Or alternatively, you can find the agreement ID within the agreement as well

Where to find Account?

To locate the Account ID, go to Additional Payments (Arrow 1) within the agreement where you want to enter the non-lease payments. Then click “+ New Non-Lease Payment Schedule” (Arrow 2).

Click "Manage Accounts"

The Account ID is within the Payment Accounts list

Step 4: Once you’ve finished populating the template, return to the Bulk Upload page and click “+ Bulk Upload” to begin the import process.

Step 5: Upload the completed Excel bulk upload file.
Make sure to select "Additional Payments" as the Upload Type, and choose a scenario in case the file validation fails

Then click "Upload & Process" to begin the upload.
