As a Super Admin or Company Admin within your organization (parent company), you have the capability to set distinct levels of access for your users.

To add a user to Cradle click Users & Permissions on the sidebar:

Permissions can be assigned on a per-company basis or throughout the entire organization, giving you the ability to grant specific users varying access rights to distinct companies within the same organization. For instance, John can be granted read-only access to Global Industries Inc. while also having admin access to ACME Inc.

Access Levels

  1. Super Admin User: This level grants full administrative access to the entire organization, including all companies within it. It is set for the entire organization and cannot be assigned on a per-company basis.

  2. Company Admin User: This level grants full access to the specified company. In addition to regular user functionality, the Company Admin User can also manage users within their respective company (with the exception of super-admins). It is important to note that this access can be set for all companies by selecting "All Companies" in the company field.

  3. Regular User: This level grants complete access to a company, with the exception of user management.

  4. Read-Only User: This level allows for full read-only access only.

  5. Auditor: This level allows for full read-only access only.
