How do I know if my account should be on the Australian server?
Please speak to your Super Admin of your account to confirm
Since receiving an invitation to Cradle, you can no longer log in, and password reset doesn't work. This is because you're logging into the server located in the US.
How do you know you’re on the Australian server?
Click here https://au.cradleaccounting.com/login
You can check the URL and there should be “au.cradleaccounting” in the URL
Also, you will see “Cradle Australia” on the login page as shown below:
If you don’t see the URL with au. or Cradle Australia logo on the login page, you are on the US server. If the problem persists, please contact [email protected]
